Parris to the position of chief financial officer. Marine Terminals Corporation President Douglas A. Tilden made the announcement. "Marine Terminals is pleased to have someone of Gail’s caliber join our firm," Tilden said. "His experience in the transportation and information technology fields is a perfect match to MTC’s focus on people, process and technology." Parris, who most recently served as senior vice president and CFO of Yellow Freight System, Inc., has 25 years of experience in public accounting, auditing, profit planning, controller and information technology services for transportation companies. Parris will be located at MTC’s San Francisco corporate headquarters. Marine Terminals Corp. has served the U.S. West Coast shipping community since 1931 with stevedoring and terminal operating management and related multi-cargo handling services.
